The 3D printing process with our DWS has an accuracy of 6 microns.
The additive printing, on the other hand, makes it possible to obtain a print with an accuracy of 0.1mm but with an extremely high production speed.
Moreover, the additive printing has only one type of finishing which, however, provides a rough sanding for all that is the subsequent coating.
In the end the thumblewheels that are a relatively complicated piece will be produced in additive printing: its speed has no equal.
That’s probably why the machine costs 35 times as much…
After months of work and refinement on the pieces, with many unforeseen events along the way, we have finally made
