HOW TO CHOOSE SHIPMENT OPTIONS
You can choose the shipment options during checkout.
You will be able to choose courier and type of delivery (express or standard).
Shipment costs will be calculated on type of delivery, courier and delivery address: please make sure that you have entered all the exact address data before confirming your order.
Our products are shipped from Italy: for this reason, no custom charges will be applied inside UE territory.
Some Extra-UE countries could apply custom duties: in this you will receive a communication from customs and you will have to pay the customs fees before you can release the shipment.
YOU CAN RETURN THE PURCHASED PRODUCTS:
– if you change your mind within 30 days after purchase,
– if the product has been delivered broken,
– if the product is defective or has problems within the warranty period of 2 years.
You can exchange your product or ask for a refound. In both cases you shall send it back to us.
– IF YOU ASK FOR EXCHANGE
You can have a store credit of the amount paid for the product you are returning.
The bonus credit will expire in two years, so you will have all the time you need to choose something else to buy or to gift to someone.
The bonus will be sent to you immediately after we receive your return shipment.
– IF YOU ASK FOR REFOUND
We will charge you back of the amount paid for the product you are returning immediately as soon as we receive your return shipment.

Please send us a communication at firstname.lastname@example.org in case you decide to return your purchased product.
Please, include the following details in your communication:
– Your Name,
– Your Order Number,
– The Shipment Tracking Code of your return shipment
HOW TO YOU SHIP OUT YOUR RETURN
Before you ship out your return, please be assured that the product is in original condition and in its original package.
We will not refound any product to be sent back to our warehouse that doesn’t meet the following conditions:
– the product must be brand new, in original condition,
– the product must not have been tampered with, disassembled or opened for unauthorized repairs,
– the product must be shipped back in its original package,
– a delivery note shall be inserted in the package.
Please keep the Shipment Tracking Code and communicate it to us.
